Refund policy

Starting online returns is easy  

  • Go to our return portal here, and enter your email address and order number to sign in.
  • Select the items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions to easily submit a return or exchange.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?(eligible for returns)  

  •  30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  •  In unused and resellable items, or defective items. 
  •  In the original packaging with all the tags intact. 
  •  You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.  
  • What items and exceptions are non-refundable?  
  • Gift cards. 
  • "We Made Too Much" Collection.

Damage, loss, or theft issues  

  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us at info@jaxathletics.com
  • If the purchased product is loss, or theft, Please collect evidence and contact us immediately at info@jaxathletics.com

Exchanges 

You can easily submit an exchange for a new item through our return portal here.

 

Refund solutions  

  • Refund to original payment method.
  • Refund to your store credit.

How soon will I get my refund?  

  • After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. 
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@jaxathletics.com
  • Failure to cooperate within our return eligible guidelines may result in an "Unsellable" fee of $14.99. (Please only send back unused gloves in their original packaging. Our small business is affected by gloves we can not resell)
