Starting online returns is easy
- Go to our return portal here, and enter your email address and order number to sign in.
- Select the items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions to easily submit a return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?(eligible for returns)
- 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- In unused and resellable items, or defective items.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
- You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
- What items and exceptions are non-refundable?
- Gift cards.

How soon will I get my refund?
- After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method.

- Failure to cooperate within our return eligible guidelines may result in an "Unsellable" fee of $14.99. (Please only send back unused gloves in their original packaging. Our small business is affected by gloves we can not resell)
