BATTING GLOVE - WARRANTY POLICY
At Jax Athletics, we are a small business committed to providing our customers with the highest-quality gloves they can rely on.
If you have any issues with your batting gloves, please contact us at info@jaxbattinggloves.com with images of the damage, the palms of the gloves to show wear, and your order number or proof of purchase. We will evaluate the situation and, in most cases, replace the gloves at no extra cost. If the gloves have been used for longer than our glove guarantee and you are not satisfied, we may offer a discount for a new pair. We ask that customers treat us fairly, and we will do the same for you. Please keep in mind that we are a small business. To initiate the satisfaction guarantee process, please message us the required information and we will assist you.
WE WILL NOT COVER:
• RIPS DUE TO WEARING THE GLOVES WHILE RUNNING THE BASES
• ANY ISSUE STEMMING FROM NEGLECT
• BLISTERS
Blisters are a common occurrence for many baseball players, regardless of the brand or type of batting glove used. Our gloves are crafted from top-of-the-line, thick cabretta leather, which is thicker than 99% of the market, ensuring exceptional durability and performance. However, the nature of the sport can still lead to blisters due to the friction and pressure involved in gripping the bat.
• FLAKING
Sometimes, players might notice their gloves "flaking" a bit after the first use. Don't worry! These flakes are not due to leather failure. It's simply the topical spray we apply to ensure consistent color and sheen. Normal use can cause some abrasion, but this does not affect the gloves' durability.
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience and ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase. However, we kindly request that you do not take advantage of this offer by neglecting proper care for your gloves.
